Companies wishing to apply to ITS Türkiye as a legal entity must be established in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and have activities in any of the fields related to ITS; otherwise, its membership will not be accepted as per the laws and ITS Türkiye Regulations. Commercial companies of foreign origin that open offices in Türkiye cannot become members.

The first step to be taken is to take a decision by the competent decision-making authority on the legal entity's membership in associations. This authority can be the Board of Directors of a legal entity or its authorized official. After this decision, the membership application is completed by delivering the documents given below to our association and the candidate member status is obtained.

i-    Copy of membership decision document
ii-   Copy of the signature circular showing that it is authorized to represent the legal entity

iii-  The latest copy of the trade registry gazette of the legal entity

iv-  Legal Entity Member Information Form
v-   Copy of the identity document of the person who is declared to represent the legal entity.

vi-  If necessary, a document proving that the legal entity is engaged in activities in any of the areas related to the ITS
