GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The general assembly is the organ in which the most important decisions of an association or legal entity are taken. In the general assembly meeting, important activities such as changing the charter of the association, determining the board of directors and board of audit organs of the association, holding ballot elections, etc. are carried out.
5TH ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS ASSOCIATION OF TÜRKİYE
Intelligent Transportation Systems Association of Türkiye 5. The Ordinary General Assembly was held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 14.00 at The Ankara Hotel located at Eti Mahallesi Celal Bayar Bulvarı No:78/A Maltepe Çankaya Ankara.
Before the general assembly, where there was an intense participation, membership certificates were presented to the persons and institutions that have been members and honorary members in the last two years. The Path of The Mind Awards in Transportation and the Academic Papers/Article Submitters was presented with a certificate of appreciation.
The activity reports, reports of the Audit Board, balance sheets and budgets for the upcoming period were discussed and approved at General Assembly with the President of Council, H. Necati ERSOY (İntes), Vice President of the Council, Mr. Abdurrahman YILDIRIM (Alchemy) and Secretary of the Council, Ahsen Hatice UYAR (Ortana).
The planned amendments to the Association's charter and the Procedures and Principles, which are auxiliary elements in the implementation of the charter, were also discussed and approved within the agenda of the general assembly.
In our general assembly held every two years, new term members of the board of directors and board of audit were elected. In the general assembly where a single list is presented, the lists of the members of the board of directors and the board of audit are as follows.
