About the Member:

ULAK Communications Inc. carries out R&D and engineering activities of mobile and broadband communication systems used by network operators operating commercially.  ULAK Comunications Inc. was established by Defense Industry Technologies Inc (SSTEK) on April 20, 2017 in order to carry out the production, testing, assembly and integration, sales and marketing, import and export of these systems and spare parts, and to provide training, maintenance and support services.

ASELSAN acquired 51% of the shares of ULAK Communications Inc. from Defense Industry Technologies Inc. on October 1, 2018.

HAVELSAN Inc. acquired 25% of ULAK Communications Inc. from Defense Industry Technologies Inc. on 10 February 2020.
