About the Member:

The Employers' Association of Turkish Construction Industries, was founded on February 5, 1964. The headquarters of the Association is in Ankara.

Since its establishment, the goal of İNTES has been to carry out activities by prioritizing the interests of the country. In order to reveal the real power of the sector and to provide power unity, it unites the construction industrialists under its roof. It represents the leading companies in the construction sector of our country. It has around 150 members.

Its members are Türkiye's leading companies that carry out construction activities in all fields of activity of the sector and direct their investments to different sectors. In addition to the work undertaken domestically, its members also operate as international contractors abroad and are recognized at the global level. The most important goal of all members is to perform the work in the expected time and in accordance with the contract conditions without sacrificing quality with qualified workforce.

The aim of INTES is primarily to contribute to the development of the sector and to help the development and development of the country's economy. To protect the social and economic rights of İNTES members, to fulfill their duties and responsibilities, to establish and maintain socio-economic balances in employer-employee relations and to carry out activities to improve relations between members and to increase cooperation.

The "Vocational Qualification and Certification Center (Türkiye VQCC)" established by INTES in 2010 to carry out certification activities in the construction sector conducts professional qualification exams for workers who would like to work in the construction sector / who are still working and gives professional qualification certificates to the candidates whose competence is determined.
