Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) was founded in 1993 and stands out with its high-quality scientific research and educational activities, supported by 13 faculties, 1 school, 5 vocational schools, 4 institutes, and 40 application and research centers.
The Eskişehir Osmangazi University Technology Transfer Office (ETTOM) strengthens the interaction between the university and the business world by facilitating the integration of academic research into industry.
The Intelligent Systems Application and Research Center (ASİST) conducts national and international projects in collaboration with the industry, focusing on intelligent transportation systems (ITS), smart cities, and industrial artificial intelligence applications, as well as robotics, healthcare, agriculture, and information security.
Transportation engineering and ITS studies at ESOGU include a wide range of research and collaborative projects such as transportation planning, public transportation solutions, traffic management, traffic simulation and circulation optimization, behavioral modeling, traffic accident analysis, sustainable transport, electric and autonomous vehicles, route optimization, truck-drone logistics, unmanned aerial vehicles, and experimental studies on sustainable infrastructure.
